Returns
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
As our company ships from Norway, and Norwegian law states 14 calendar days, we grant our customers a 14 calender days "cooling-off" period.
All products are delivered with a hologram seal to enshure the quality of the product.
We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel your purchase within the forteen-calender-day cooling-off period, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within
forteen calendar days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. Please include the original packing slip and mark it "Return within cooling off period".

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is large.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order. The refund will include the postage and handeling charge if the complete order is returned.
Please note that if you have an order with free shipping, and your return makes your order smaller than the "free shipping limit", shipping and handeling will be
added to your original order when we reclaculate it to find your return credit.
You may choose between the money transfered back to you, or a voutcher (giftcard) who you can use at our webshop.
If you choose refund, the refund will be done as a return of the payment. Credit card payments will be returned to the credit card you used. (We do not need your credit card number,
please do NOT sendt it to us. For security reasons the credit are done by our payment partner as we do NOT store your creditcard information at our location).
Nordic users who have payed by bank transfer will get the money transfered to their bank account (please state your account number on the return, we do not store it).
Please state clearly on the return if you want the money back or a voutcher (giftcard).
We do NOT return a credit card payment to a bank account, nor do we refund any priority, express or courier component of the order.
Please note that the return of goods are only return for "money back". We do NOT swap sizes or colors. You will need to make a new order for any new items.

The right to return is only applicable to our private enduser customers. Our wholesale orders are handeled by a different agreement.
Waranty
Since 2002, the warranty period for products within the European Union has been fixed at two years.
This means that PersonalJewelry.com (and licensed branches) grants a warranty for material and construction defects for two years following your purchase of the product.
Defects that result from an accident, misuse or normal wear and tear through daily use are excluded from this warranty.
All waranty returns must be accompanied by RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

No credits or refunds will be issued, rather the item will be replaced with a new one unless inventory does not permit it.
