How to find correct sizes
We do take piercings in return, but it is a hazle for all parts.
It is therefore important that you know what you are buying and that you are sure that your selected jewellery is the correct size.
Piercings come in different shapes, and in our menu the products are listed using normal terms.
We do NOT list products ordered by usage, while people seems to wear their jewellery in a large selections of places.
In our menu the piercings are listed as banana, barbell, labret etc. We stock mostly jewellery in 1.2mm and 1.6mm sizes, but other sizes do occur.
The next level in our menu is the material. Please note that some jewellery come in combinations of materials.
The most common failure our customers do is to buy to small sizes.
The best thing to do is to take measures of existing jewellery you own. There are three things to keep in mind when ordering.
The size of the PIN. The size is the thickness of the pin. The most common size is 1.2mm or 1.6mm for piercings, and 0.8mm and 1.0mm for nose studs. The 1.2mm is often called Micro, like Micro Labret.
The second thing to remember is the length of the jewellery (or diameter of ball closure rings or circular barbells).
The length is the distance between the balls, and NOT the total length of the jewellery.
For the ball closure rings and circular barbells the diameter is the open distance inside the ring.
The third thing is the size of the balls or steel cast. They come in all kinds of sizes, from 2mm to very large. Some jewellery also have a second ball, also called a lock ball.
Here is a table of our most common products, the most common sizes for that product and the most common failure done by our customers for that product.
